Is the Patient Portal free to use?Is the Patient Portal free to use?
Yes, The Patient Portal is completely FREE for all our patients.
Can I book or amend a delivery at any time?
Yes, the Patient Portal is available 24/7 for booking and amending deliveries. The cut off for amends to deliveries is 48 hours before the delivery is due.
What if I forget my password?
No problem, simply click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen, and we’ll guide you through resetting it.
Can I still contact the team directly if I need help?
Absolutely. While the Patient Portal offers a way for you to manage your own deliveries, you can always call or email us if you prefer.
How do I access the Patient Portal?
Visit: https://portal.lloydsclinical.com/ either on desktop or mobile phone through your preferred website browser.
Will I be able to book nurses?
Nurse visits are currently not available for viewing or booking in the Patient Portal but we are exploring options for how to implement this in the future.
Are all patients eligible to be invited to the Patient Portal?
All of our patients will be invited to register. Once you’ve applied to register, a clinical assessment will take place and you will receive a notification within 24 hours.
