One step-by-step how to guide
Our new Patient Portal helps you easily manage your treatments with a few simple clicks, giving back precious time to lead your daily life.

Step 1
You’ll receives an SMS text message invitation to register for Patient Portal. This is sent to the mobile registered on your Lloyds Clinical account (it must match the number registered as consented to receive SMS contact).

Step 2
Click the link in your SMS text message to start the registration process. The Patient Number field will be automatically populated. You’ll need to complete all other fields.

Step 3
When you’ve completed in full, you’ll receive the following message. Complete the registration process from the email link we send you.

Step 4
You’ll receive a new link via email to continue the registration process.
Step 5
Complete the registration form with the information matching the details stored with Lloyds Clinical and verified during your welcome call.
Step 6
Once complete, you’ll be prompted to set your password. Passwords must meet the following criteria.
Step 7
Once complete, you’ll be taken to the Sign In page.
Step 8
You’ll also receive a Welcome email from us.
