We’re upgrading our systems. How this will affect our patients.
We are making some improvements to our core systems that underpin the services we provide to our patients.
To complete this upgrade, our current system will be unavailable from 18:00 on Thursday 30 April until 08:00 on Monday 4 May 2026. During this period, some system‑based services will not be accessible.
What this means for our patients
What you cannot do from 18:00 on Thursday 30 April until 08:00 on Monday 4 May 2026
- Use the Lloyds Clinical app, Home, to make any changes but you can still view your information
- Use SMS delivery booking services – we won’t be able to confirm delivery bookings by SMS until the system is back online
- Requests cannot be processed via phone, email, SMS or our app, Home
What patients need to do now
To help avoid delays to treatment, stock shortages or issues with planned care, please:
- Check your medicine and supply levels as soon as possible
- Arrange any deliveries, ancillary items or service changes in advance
- Use the Lloyds Clinical app, Home, before the upgrade begins to book anything you need
- Contact us no later than 18:00 on 27 April 2026 if you need to update an existing booking or make a new one
- If you have a nursing visit booked during this period, make sure your medicines and any equipment have been arranged in advance
Contacting us during the upgrade
From 18:00 on Thursday 30 April until 08:00 on Monday 4 May 2026 contact us by phone on 0345 263 6123 if you need support. However, we won’t be able to update or arrange new bookings.
Any deliveries, ancillary supplies and nursing visits already booked before the upgrade begins will still go ahead as planned.
Our teams will continue to provide advice and support throughout the system upgrade.
If you feel unwell
If you are worried about your health, please continue to contact your usual clinical team, consultant or GP in the normal way. If you need urgent medical advice, use NHS 111 where available. In an emergency, call 999.
Thank you for your understanding and support whilst we complete this important upgrade. We’re committed to providing safe, reliable clinical treatment outside of hospital, and this work will help us continue to support you in the best possible way.
