We are changing our name, but we are the same team

LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Limited will be known as Lloyds Clinical Limited. Our name is changing, but the expert clinical care that we provide isn’t. Our new brand is part of our journey to be the first choice for specialist clinical treatments outside the hospital.

We know that you rely on us for trusted, safe care, and that will never change. Your Lloyds Clinical team stays the same, as do the services we provide. We are here for you.

What you need to know
(effective 25th November):

  • New name and logo: You’ll see the Lloyds Clinical name and branding across all our communications.

 

  • Updated email addresses: Our email addresses will end with @lloydsclinical.com, however, any emails sent to our old addresses will be redirected to the new @lloydsclinical.com email for a limited time.

 

  • Letterheads and phone calls: You will notice updated letterheads, a change to the way we answer the phone and new phone messages reflecting our new brand name – Lloyds Clinical.

 

  • Website: Will feature our new name and a change in colour to blue, but everything else remains the same. Here is our new web address, which will be live from 25th November: www.lloydsclinical.com
