Sean Feeney
CEO
Sean Feeney became Chief Executive Officer of Lloyds Clinical in December 2025. With a strategic focus on enhancing patient care, Sean leads the organisation in delivering specialised clinical treatments directly to patients’ homes and within their communities.
Alongside shaping the company’s long‑term vision, Sean now also oversees the smooth operational flow of patient care, ensuring minimal disruption at every stage. He places strong emphasis on monitoring key KPIs and financial performance, while also exploring opportunities to invest in new technologies that improve efficiency and support the clinical teams who care for our patients every day.
Sean’s ambition is to set new standards in patient care and maintain Lloyds Clinical as a leader in out of hospital treatment. His leadership strengthens collaboration across the organisation and drives sustainable growth, supporting our mission to create a world where patients don’t wait for treatment.

Mark Coupland
Chief Finance Officer
Mark drives financial strategy to enhance business performance and expand the organisation’s ability to serve patients effectively. As a key member of the leadership team, Mark provides vital data-driven insights and secures financial investment to support operational excellence and deliver exceptional patient care. His work ensures the organisation remains agile, efficient, and well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of both patients and healthcare partners.

Jo Upton
Chief Patient Officer
Jo oversees the nursing staff, clinical operations, and patient care services. Her role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless patient care, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Jo is instrumental in strategic planning, resource allocation, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.

Mohammed Umar
Director of Quality, Governance & Superintendent Pharmacist
Since joining in October 2022, Mohammed has played a crucial role in overseeing all regulatory aspects of the business. His responsibilities include managing patient experiences through complaint handling, leading the compliance function by auditing against regulatory standards, and taking legal accountability for pharmacy registration.

Kieran Doona
Chief Commercial Officer
With more than 18 years’ experience in senior executive leadership roles across the healthcare and pharmacy sector, Kieran has in-depth operational knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, a strong track record in NHS partnerships and a clear vision for growth. He is playing a pivotal role in shaping the business development approaches that position Lloyds Clinical as a respected and credible contributor to customer success and patient care.

Joanna Newton
People and Culture Director
Joanna leads our People and Culture team, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for colleagues. Her work ensures we attract, develop and retain talented people who share our commitment to improving patient outcomes. Joanna has extensive experience in organisational development and employee engagement. She focuses on building a culture that reflects our values and helps teams deliver safe, effective clinical treatment at home.

George Radford
IT Director
George is responsible for shaping the company’s technology roadmap to align with its business goals and long-term vision. He leads strategic initiatives to modernise processes, adopt emerging technologies, and enhance both patient and colleague experiences. George’s key responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security, compliance, and risk mitigation, and implementing a cloud-first approach while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.
