Freedom to speak up

Speaking up is an important part of maintaining a safe, open, and learning culture. We encourage staff to share concerns, feedback, and ideas that help us improve the care we provide and the way we work.

Our Freedom to speak up guardians are available to listen, provide confidential advice, and support staff in raising concerns, sharing ideas, and contributing to positive change. This may include matters relating to patient safety, safeguarding, quality of care, workplace culture, behaviours, barriers to speaking up, or opportunities to improve services and share learning.

Contact our Freedom to speak up guardians: speakupguardians@lloydsclinical.com

We are committed to ensuring that anyone who speaks up in good faith is listened to, respected, and protected from unfair treatment.

Please note: the Freedom to speak up guardians service is for current and former workers. Patients, carers, and members of the public who wish to raise concerns, provide feedback, or make a complaint should follow the process described here: Complaints
